    我公司(sī)始(shǐ)建于 1986 年,有近三十年的加工經營(yíng),目前擁有(yǒu)各類主要生産設備 120 多台(tái)(套)。通用設備有(yǒu)大型立車、坐标(biāo)镗銑(xǐ)床、數控銑、立式加工(gōng)中心、外圓磨床(chuáng)、滾齒機、萬能銑床及各類車床。專用設備有磨具工具磨、轉(zhuǎn)子刀具(jù)刃磨機、轉子刀具測量機、全自(zì)動螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子銑、半自動螺旋轉(zhuǎn)子銑、專用拉床(chuáng)、多孔镗床。

    我公司深谙完善的檢測(cè)設備是一流産品産(chǎn)出的有力(lì)保障,為此我公司斥巨資購置了萬能工具顯微鏡、漸開線(xiàn)檢測儀、螺旋線檢(jiǎn)測儀(yí),萬能測齒儀、光學傾(qīng)斜儀、布(bù)洛(luò)維硬度計、投影儀等。我公司還建有國家評定的 B 級産品試驗站,理化(huà)試驗室、長度計量室(shì)均是國家計量确認的(de)合格單位(wèi)。
