●高粘度泵優點: 轉子泵的軸(zhóu)向位置可(kě)調,不需要拆泵(bèng)。 泵采(cǎi)用(yòng)模塊化設計,可根據(jù)不同的(de)使用要(yào)求更換不同(tóng)部件(jiàn)。可選(xuǎn)夾層結構,以方便對泵加熱或冷卻,可以選擇是否帶安全閥(fá),可以選擇不同的密封形式,詳見密封結(jié)構圖。泵的各個零件(jiàn)可以選用不同的材質以适應具體使用(yòng)要求。 不同的使用條件,泵的結構形式可能不同,具(jù)體應用請向廠家或本公司客(kè)戶代表咨詢。需要指出的是泵的轉速愈高,泵(bèng)的磨損愈嚴重,液體中如含有磨料物質,泵(bèng)的(de)材料(liào)應選用耐磨材質,在此種(zhǒng)工況下,泵的壓力和轉速(sù)都應(yīng)降低,高溫條件下,則應增加泵(bèng)的間隙,并采用耐熱材料 。 流動穩定:流量與齒輪轉速成正比,與壓力無關 流動平穩:沒有脈(mò)動和壓力波峰,不會産生管道顫動。 多功能性:僅僅通過調整轉子(zǐ)軸的位置,同一(yī)台泵既可以出來稀(xī)釋溶液又可以出來瀝青,糖漿(jiāng),樹脂,聚合(hé)物等高粘(zhān)度液體。 可逆(nì)性:可以通過改變齒輪的旋轉方(fāng)向使液體反向流動,兩種方向都能充(chōng)分發(fā)揮泵的性能 自吸(xī)性:由(yóu)泵産生高真空,允(yǔn)許在最大自(zì)吸高度實(shí)現快速自吸,取決于泵送(sòng)液體(tǐ)的物理特性(溫度,蒸汽壓力(lì),粘度等)。 建議性:隻有兩個活動(dòng)部(bù)件:主動輪(lún)和動輪,隻(zhī)有一個軸封。 堅固的重載結構:低轉速。特大球軸承的外部軸承座可以承受軸向和徑向負(fù)載。 常(cháng)規泵進(jìn)出口尺寸相同,進出(chū)口(kǒu)呈垂直布置,從驅動機向泵頭(tóu)方向看為右進上出。也(yě)可根據客戶需要,加工成水平進出口(kǒu)型或左進上出型。連接方式有法蘭型和螺紋(wén)型. 泵進出口負荷 泵在安裝時,應限(xiàn)制泵的進出口所承受的(de)管路負荷。螺紋聯接的管接(jiē)頭不得(dé)承受負荷,否則會使泵的聯接管産生松(sōng)動或旋緊力矩(管螺紋聯接處(chù)不允許有(yǒu)旋緊或松動的扭矩(jǔ),以免)影響管路(lù)的聯接效(xiào)果。 ●NYP高(gāo)粘度泵的起動 泵在起(qǐ)動過程中應特别注意以(yǐ)下幾個(gè)問題(tí): 起動前要(yào)檢查下(xià)列内容: 檢查(chá)泵、齒輪箱和電機的對(duì)中程度; 檢查(chá)過濾器中有沒有焊皮和金屬渣; 檢查各連接部位連接(jiē)是否緊固; 檢查管路壓在泵上(shàng)的力和力矩是否超(chāo)過給定的數值,如(rú)果(guǒ)溫度較高,還應檢查管路是否有膨脹節; 泵組(zǔ)裝時在零件的表(biǎo)面有防護液,如果這種液體不能和泵(bèng)送液體相容,則(zé)必須清洗; 最好(hǎo)在管路上安裝壓力(lì)表和真空(kōng)表,方便(biàn)觀察泵的工作狀态; 檢查機械密封箱是否(fǒu)注滿液體(tǐ); 檢查管路的閥門(mén)是否打開; 如果用内燃機驅動,請在起動發動機(jī)前保持離合器脫開; 泵起動後,檢查液體是否進入到泵中,泵是否工作正常(cháng),如果長時間無液(yè)體進入泵中,應停機檢(jiǎn)查泵及管路。 ●高粘度齒輪泵并(bìng)不能産生壓力,它隻是輸出流(liú)量。壓力低或無壓力,說(shuō)明高粘度齒 輪泵(bèng)沒有吸入液體或洩漏嚴重。High viscosity gear pump does not generate pressure, it is
