螺杆(gǎn)泵的裝(zhuāng)配流程(chéng) screw pump assembly process

 ①螺(luó)杆(gǎn)泵裝(zhuāng)配前(qián)用(yòng)煤(méi)油或者汽油(yóu)清洗全(quán)部零(líng)件，去掉氧(yǎng)化皮和型砂。(1) with kerosene or gasoline cleaning all parts before assembly, remove scale and sand.

②将(jiāng)軸承(chéng)裝在(zài)主動(dòng)螺杆上(shàng)，并(bìng)用圓(yuán)螺母鎖緊。(2) the bearing is installed on the active screw, with a round nut lock.
③将卸(xiè)壓套裝在軸承(chéng)體内，再穿入主(zhǔ)動螺杆。
(3) the unloading suits in the bearing, and then through the active screw.
④将(jiāng)泵套(tào)裝入(rù)泵體中。(4) the pump set into the pump body.
⑤将(jiāng)軸(zhóu)承體、卸(xiè)壓套(tào)、主動、從動螺杆(gǎn)一起裝入(rù)泵套(tào)與泵體中。
(5) the bearing body, unloading, driving and driven screw together into the pump set and pump body.
⑥将主動襯套、從(cóng)杆襯套、止推(tuī)墊裝入(rù)泵套與(yǔ)主、從螺杆上(shàng)。
6 will take the initiative to bushing, from stem bushing, thrust pad loading pump sets with the lord, from the screw.
⑦将後蓋裝入泵體上(shàng)。all landowners will back cover load on the pump body.
⑧從主(zhǔ)杆螺杆伸(shēn)出端(duān)依次(cì)裝入機械(xiè)密封、密封壓蓋(gài)。was out from the main pole screw end into the mechanical seal, seal gland in turn.
⑨将安全(quán)閥組裝(zhuāng)在泵(bèng)體上(shàng)部。the relief valve assembly pet-name ruby to the pump body upper part.
安(ān)全閥的(de)裝(zhuāng)配:the relief valve assembly:
①将(jiāng)閥座裝(zhuāng)入泵體(tǐ)内，并用螺釘固(gù)定。(1) the seat into the pump body and screw fixation.
②将調節杆旋(xuán)入閥(fá)後蓋(gài)。(2) to regulate stem screwing in the back cover.
③依次講閥瓣、彈簧、彈(dàn)簧(huáng)座裝入(rù)閥體(tǐ)，再将閥後(hòu)蓋與(yǔ)閥體連接(jiē)好，裝(zhuāng)螺母防護帽。(3) speak in turn into the valve body, disc, spring, spring seat and the back cover and body connection is good, protective  cap nut.
④裝(zhuāng)螺杆泵閥前端(duān)蓋(gài)。before the valve cover
